The Wrapper Pulse UI provides performance metrics via several formats:

  1. Hero cards
  2. Overview table
  3. Visual charts

You can read definitions of the Wrapper Pulse metrics in our Index Data Dictionary.

You can also download your Wrapper Pulse data in a report format. In the IX app, go to Reporting > Wrapper Pulse.

Hero Cards

Hero cards provide immediate information at a glance. You find hero cards at the top of the page.

Description of Cards What You See

Hero cards contain glance-able metrics that reflect the following data:

  • Eligible Bids
  • Timeout Rate
  • Pass Rate

Note: Hero cards dynamically change with the time horizon selected (24 hours, 14, 30, and 90 days).

Overview Table

The overview table offers a sortable, granular breakout of data by bidder.

The overview table provides an overview of the following metrics, broken down by bidder:

  • Bid Requests
  • Eligible Bids
  • Errors
  • Passes
  • Timeouts
  • Timeout Rate

Note: The overview table dynamically changes with the time horizon selected (24 hours, 14, 30, and 90 days).


Visual Charts

Within the Pulse UI, you can view graphs containing the data described in the table below. Further, you can export your data to CSV to review it in 24 hour, 14 day, 30 day, and 90 day distributions.

Bid Cycle

A visualization depicting the distribution of bid responses across four categories of bid response types (a classic bid response, a bid timeout, a pass on bid, and a bid error).

This screen presents an aggregated view of response types from all bidders in your Wrapper.

Geo Distribution

A comparison of bid request volume and eligible bid volume across the top 8 countries, plus the Rest of World (shown as “ROW”).

Response Rate

A comparison of bid response frequency across each bidder.

Eligible Bids

A comparison of eligible bid volume across each bidder.

Request Volume

A comparison of bid request volume across each bidder.

Average Latency

A comparison of the average response latency values across each bidder.

Latency Distribution

A comparison of bidder latency values across each bidder.
