Manage service desk tickets

IX Library™ partners can log requests for new adapter certifications or make updates to their adapter using our external service desk. Our Jira system helps streamline adapter certification and changes while providing you with visibility on the status of your request.

You can view tickets in the IX app using the Requests drop-down list next to your profile icon:

Select My requests to view tickets that you've logged, or All requests to view all tickets that your organization had logged. You can then further narrow the number of tickets displayed using the filters and Search field:

At certain points in the process, we'll ask you to record your sign-off by adding a comment to the ticket.
