A Media Owner-level fee applies only to that Media Owner and doesn't affect the deal-level fee or any other Media Owner on the deal.
Note: Once you apply a Media Owner-level fee to a Media Owner, you can't switch that Media Owner back to using the deal-level fee. However, you can manually set the fee back to match the deal-level fee by entering the original fee as a new override.
