Run a saved report

Note: This topic explains how to run a saved report. For information on creating and running an unsaved report, see Create a custom report.

  1. Enter your email address and password to log in to the Index UI at app.indexexchange.com.

  2. Go to Reports.

  3. For the report that you want to run, click the Image showing the more icon represented by three vertical dots menu.

  4. Select Run. Your report will display as a table, containing the first 500 rows of the report.

    5. Note: In the report preview table, you can reorder columns, apply filters, and sort fields in ascending or descending order. Reports with 500 rows or fewer will retain these changes when downloaded.

  5. To download the full report, click DOWNLOAD. Your report may take up to one minute to generate and begin downloading. Reports with 500 rows or fewer will download instantly.
