Index Exchange (Index) provides tools that you can use to gather performance data and metrics to make informed decisions about your Index Marketplace platform activity.

Marketplace Partner use cases

As a Marketplace Partner The owner of an Index Marketplace that curates their media solutions within the Index Marketplace and packages these offerings to bring incremental demand to publishers. For example, a Marketplace partner could be a media agency, a data provider, or retail media network., here are some scenarios where our reporting tools can help you:

Reporting services

Index provides access to reporting data through the Index UI The Index UI at app.indexexchange.com that allows you to manage integration settings, such as inventory, campaign, and deal settings. and the Client Audit Logs (CAL Client Audit Logs (CAL) API. An API that allows Index customers to retrieve log files for impression and bid event data.) API.

Index UI

You can use the Index UI to create, schedule, and manage your own reports. Building reports in the Index UI is designed for users who want to easily create and manage their reports through a user friendly UI. For more information, see Reports in the Index UI.

Reporting API

Using the Client Audit Logs API

The Client Audit Logs (CAL) API allows you to retrieve raw log files for impression and bid events through the API. It requires a more technical setup and maintenance on your end, but provides you with the freedom to build out your own reporting solution. This solution is best for buyers with engineering resources.
