Data usage limitations

The following table lists conditions to use third-party data in a Marketplace Package.

LiveRamp Data Marketplace	LiveRamp Data Marketplace segments can only be used to target users in the United States and must not target any other countries. This applies if any LiveRamp Data Marketplace segments are used in inclusion or exclusion targeting or if combined with any other segments.	When creating a Marketplace Package and targeting a LiveRamp Data Marketplace segment, be sure to also complete the following steps: Expand Geography. In the Countries list, select United States of America (the). Index Exchange (Index) reserves the right to update targeting for any deals using LiveRamp Data Marketplace segments to include the United States and only the United States.
