Enable Index as a demand partner in Google Open Bidding using the CTA workflow
Google Open Bidding publishers can access Index Exchange (Index)'s omnichannel demand by completing a Click-to-Accept (CTA) contracting workflow with Index in the Google Ad Manager UI or AdMob UI. For such accounts, Index does not provide performance reports or access to a publisher The owner of a website or app where advertisements are served. UI account. All inventory management options and relevant reporting are available in your Google interface.
Before you begin: You must have a Google Ad Manager account or AdMob account that is enabled for online onboarding alpha.

Add Index as a bidder in your Google Ad Manager account or AdMob account. This process requires you to complete the following steps:

Accept the Index terms and conditions.

Provide the required contact information, business details, and relevant inventory such as the apps and domains before submitting the online onboarding form.

Depending on whether you are using Google Ad Manager or AdMob, complete one of the following steps:
- If you are using Google Ad Manager, add Index as a yield partner in Google Ad Manager to specify the inventory that you want to sell. For more information on how to add Index as a yield partner, see Google Ad Manager's documentation on Create and manage yield groups.

If you are using AdMob, enable Index Exchange as an Open Bidding ad source in one of your mediation groups in the AdMob UI. For more information on how to manage your Open Bidding ad sources in AdMob mediation, see Google AdMob Help's documentation on Add a bidding ad source.

After you submit the online onboarding form, Index reviews the application and vets your inventory.
Note: Due to the large volume of participants, the review process may take up to two weeks.

Verify your application status by navigating to Delivery > Bidders in your Google Ad Manager UI or or Mediation > Ad sources if you are an AdMob user. You will find that your application is in one of the following three states:
- Pending: Your application is still under review.
- Approved: Your application was approved. Proceed to step 5.
- Rejected: Your application was rejected. Currently, Index does not provide detailed reasons for rejected applications. To increase your chances of approval, it is recommended that you provide detailed and accurate information when submitting your application.

If your application is approved, you will receive a welcome email confirming that Index has begun the internal onboarding process.

After the internal onboarding is complete, you will receive a second email that contains the Index ads.txt A file that a publisher provides on their site which lists all of the sellers that are authorized to sell their inventory. You must add the ads.txt and app-ads.txt entry that you have received from Index as follows:
- Add the ads.txt entry in the root of the website domain whose inventory you are selling.
