Launch the IX Library to your site

When your new IX Library™ configuration has been configured, or changes have been made to an existing IX Library, it's time to launch it to your site:

  1. Enter your email address and password to log in to the IX App at app.indexexchange.com.

    • Make sure that you have an email address associated with your IX account. This is configured at the time of integration. If you did not configure your email address, contact your IX Representative.

    • If you are a first time user, you will need to reset your password. For more information, see Reset your IX App password.
  2. In the IX App, configure your IX Library.
  3. In the Save and Launch section, click Save.
  4. Optionally, click Launch Staging to test the IX Library in a staging environment.
  5. Click Launch Production.

In most cases, your IX Representative will launch your IX Library for you.
