You can prevent specific creative types from being on your site by adding the creative type to the blocked list. By default, Index Exchange (Index), blocks disruptive online ads. For more information on the creative types that are automatically blocked, see List of automatically blocked creative types.
Enter your email address and password to log in to the Index UI at app.indexexchange.com.
If you have more than one account, select the account that you want to access.
Go to Campaigns & Blocks > Blocking Controls.
- In the Site ID drop-down list, select the site that you want to apply the blocks to.
- In the Campaign Blocking Options section, expand Creative Type.
- In the (Allowed) list, select the content that you want to block. For definitions of each creative type, see Creative type definitions.
- Click the arrow button at the top of the (Allowed) list to move the selected creative type to the (Blocked) list.
- Click Save Changes.
