Block the creative or brand that is causing an issue
Before you begin: Retrieve the ad call for the creative and confirm that the ad was served by Index.

Enter your email address and password to log in to the Index UI at app.indexexchange.com.

If you have more than one account, select the account that you want to access.

Go to Campaigns & Blocks > Campaigns.

In the Site ID Site IDs are unique Index-specific identifiers that represent specific inventory and attributes based on our publishers needs. Site IDs are created in the Index UI and these IDs are used by publishers to make real-time bid requests. drop-down list, select the sites that you want to apply the blocks to.
- In the Match drop-down list, click Creative ID (hex) e.g. 5EC6A8, 3BD9CC.
- In the Search field, type the campaign A collection of multiple ads in different formats. identifier that you retrieved in the previous step. In the following example, the campaign identifier is highlighted in yellow. Enter only the numbers and letters after

If a match is found, the search results will display the corresponding campaign.
- Choose one of the following options:

In the Status column, click the checkmark icon. An X icon will display to indicate that this specific creative campaign will be blocked.
- Click Save Changes.

In the Brand Status column, click the checkmark. An X will display to indicate that all campaigns from this brand will be blocked.

Click OK.
