On the Campaigns dashboard in the Index UI, you can look up any campaign associated with your account using a campaign ID. Looking up a campaign is an efficient way to troubleshoot campaigns that are not yet bidding on your inventory, or are not spending as a result of blocking control settings.
Enter your email address and password to log in to the Index UI at app.indexexchange.com.
If you have more than one account, select the account that you want to access.
- Go to Campaigns & Blocks > Campaigns.
- On the top-right corner of the Campaigns page, click the More Actions icon.
- Click Look up campaign.
- In the Campaign ID search box, enter the campaign ID that you want to view. The campaign ID must be an exact match for an existing campaign that is associated with your account, but the campaign does not need to be currently bidding or spending on your account.
- Click Look Up. If the campaign ID matches an existing campaign, the Campaign Management tab opens displaying the campaign details.
