Configure an adaptive timeout

  1. Enter your email address and password to log in to the IX App at app.indexexchange.com. If you don’t have log in credentials, see Log in to the IX App.

  2. If you have more than one account, select the account that you want to access.

  3. Go to IX Library.
  4. Switch the Adaptive Timeout toggle to ON.
  5. In the Desktop Timeout (ms) and Mobile Timeout (ms) fields, enter the timeouts, in ms, that you want to use in cases where data from past sessions is not available.
