Configure a fixed timeout

  1. Enter your email address and password to log in to the IX App at app.indexexchange.com. If you don’t have log in credentials, see Log in to the IX App.

  2. If you have more than one account, select the account that you want to access.

  3. Go to IX Library.
  4. In the Desktop Timeout (ms) and Mobile Timeout (ms) fields, enter the timeouts, in ms, that you want to use.
  5. Switch the Adaptive Timeout™ toggle to OFF.
