List of HTTP headers to include in server-side beaconing (burl) calls sent to Index

If you use server-side beaconing to send the burl, for example from an ad server or Server-Side Ad Insertion (SSAI), Index Exchange (Index) recommends that you include the following HTTP headers when sending the burl call to Index and DSPs. These headers are used to prevent ad fraud.
