Media Owners using Index Exchange (Index) as a bidding adapter in Prebid.js can show outstream video ads on their site by using Index's outstream ad unit. This allows a video ad to run inside of a standalone video player on a media owner's site. Outstream video ads offer a richer advertising experience for users and bring higher CPMs than display. This solution is ideal for Media Owners who don't have their own outstream ad unit to use on their site, and would not otherwise be able to receive our outstream demand.

Privacy Policy
Index liaises with a third party to provide this outstream ad unit; this third party takes a processor position to Index's position as a controller. They receive IP addresses to facilitate delivery of outstream video ads. More information on this can be found in Index's Privacy Policy.
