Use Google's Privacy Sandbox APIs with Index
Publishers can use Google's Privacy Sandbox APIs to show relevant content and ads without the use of third-party cookies or other tracking mechanisms. Index Exchange (Index) supports the following Privacy Sandbox APIs:

Info: Starting in June 2025, Index is pausing support for the Protected Audience API. After this date, you will no longer receive Protected Audience API demand from Index, even if your inventory is configured to be eligible for it. The Protected Audience API is an in-browser API available on Chrome for web banner ads. It allows DSPs to create and target interest groups without relying on third-party cookies. Protected Audience API is available in Prebid.js An open-source library for publishers to implement header bidding on their websites and manage multiple header bidding partners. and Prebid Server A server-to-server parallel bidding integration to retrieve demand from Index and all other SSPs and exchanges.. Topics API |
The Topics API is an interest-based advertising API available on Chrome for web banner ads, which allows topics information to be sent in bid requests to DSPs. The Topics API is available in Prebid.js version 8.9.0 or later.
