OpenRTB API for DSPs

A new Certified Adapter joins the IX Library™ Ecosystem: Optimera is a non-bidding adapter that provides publishers with insightful viewability data. You may want to configure Optimera in your IX Library if:

• You have PMP deals setup.

Identity

The rollout of the Unified ID solution (formerly known as adsrvr.org) launched today. The Unified ID is a free, cookie-based identifier for ad tech partners. Index Exchange (Index) is offering the Unified ID Real Time Identity (RTI) adapter for our IX Library™ clients. Reporting

We have started a closed beta for Client Audit Logs, a reporting service that provides publishers, buyers, and data providers with access to non-aggregated data for impression events on the Index Exchange (Index) platform. This data allows you to build more personalized insights, run sophisticated data science projects, or use customized and consolidated reporting products. To learn more, see Client Audit Logs.

Deal Diagnostics

• We added helper text for deals transacted through the AppNexus DSP and added new tests and functionality in the DSP and Campaigns tabs of Deal Diagnostics.
• In line with product name changes at Google, we've renamed all references to DFP (DoubleClick for Publishers) to Google Ad Manager.
• We fixed a bug in the deals table so that the 7-Day Spend column now sorts properly.

• We added a competing link in the Deal Setup tab that opens a report detailing you how your Index Exchange deal competes against other deals.
• In the DSP tab, we added another two tests that try to identify why a DSP might not be responding to your deal.

OpenRTB API for DSPs

We are now sending device IPs in IPv6 format to DSPs who are able to support receiving IPv6 traffic.

• device.ip (an existing field in the device object) has changed from a required field to an optional field.
• device.ipv6 (a new field in the device object) is a new optional field.
• Important to remember: we'll always send one of either device.ip or device.ipv6 in the request.

Note: We only send bid requests for IPv6 traffic if you're able to support it. Please reach out if you'd like to start receiving IPv6 requests.

Deal Diagnostics

• In the DSP tab, as long as the selected deal is actively sending bid requests, you can now send a modified bid request in real time to the DSP. The bid request isolates the deal that you're diagnosing, which checks that the DSP is currently responding to your deal.
• In the DFP tab, you can now review the DFP win rate of a deal.
• In the Deal Section Allocation report, we’ve added two new fields. Now you can view 30-day Deal Section avails, represented both as a count and as a percentage of the entire account traffic.
