Targeting a deal in a Marketplace Package (Beta)

Instead of targeting all of a publisherClosed The owner of a website or app where advertisements are served.'s inventory, you can work with a publisher to negotiate a dealClosed A private auction that allows media owners to offer specific inventory directly to selected buyers identified by a deal ID. Terms are negotiated and are agreed upon before the auction occurs. that you can target in a Marketplace Package. To be able to target a deal in a Marketplace Package, the following process occurs:

Number one icon

You negotiate deal details with a publisher about the inventory, targeting, and pricing that you want to target in a Marketplace Package.

Number two icon

The Media Owner creates a deal, called a Deal with Marketplaces, in the Index UIClosed The Index UI at app.indexexchange.com that allows you to manage integration settings, such as inventory, campaign, and deal settings. and configures the deal as was negotiated in step 1.

After the Media Owner creates the deal, you can target that deal when you create a Marketplace Package. During the creation process, you can see the pricing and targeting settings before you target the deal.
