Download a saved report

  1. Enter your email address and password to log in to the Index UI at app.indexexchange.com.

  2. Go to Reports.
  3. For the report that you want to run, click the Image showing the more icon represented by three vertical dots menu.

  4. Select Download. Based on your report size, the download may take some time. If the download doesn't start within a few minutes, try emailing the report (Image showing the more icon represented by three vertical dots > Email). For more information on emailing saved reports, see Send a saved report.

    5. Note: For reports with 500 rows or fewer, any adjustments to column order, field sorting, and filtering in the report preview page will be maintained in the downloaded report. For more information, see Run a saved report.
