Integrate with Index using AMP RTC

Index Exchange supports AMP Real Time Config (RTC) which allows Media Owners to increase their ad requests with information that is retrieved at runtime. This integration allows Index to fetch bid requests and return key-value targeting to the AMP runtime using the AMP RTC protocol.

	Create a list of the slots and sizes that you want Index to monetize.
	Create a sample AMP page.
	Provide access to your ad server
	Add `IndexExchange` as a vendor to the `rtc-config` attribute on each `amp-ad` element that uses RTC. Refer to Index Exchange AMP RTC Configuration in the AMP Project.
