Billing and reporting

No, you do not need to send an invoice to Index.

Each month, Index will issue a statement for the previous month's activity. This statement will be emailed to all finance contacts around the 15th of each month. Within the statement, you will find your payment terms and the payment date.

To see the Marketplace-based ad spend, total impressions, and total revenue for deals targeted in your Marketplace Packages, you can create a custom report in the Index UI. Deal setup and troubleshooting

Index has an automated deal sync with The Trade Desk, Display & Video 360, and Xandr. For details on how the sync process works, see Deal synchronization options. If you are having issues finding the deal after the sync period, contact your Index Representative. If your client is using another DSP Demand-Side Platform (DSP).
