Reconcile your payments from Index by reviewing your performance metrics
Marketplace Partners The owner of an Index Marketplace that curates their media solutions within the Index Marketplace and packages these offerings to bring incremental demand to publishers. For example, a Marketplace partner could be a media agency, a data provider, or retail media network. can check the amount of money that they are owed by Index Exchange (Index) based on their performance metrics, and confirm it matches the amount shown on their month end statement. For ease, you can run a Marketplace billing reconciliation report to generate this information. By default, this report includes data from the previous full calendar month, ending on the last day of the previous month. For example, a report that is run on August 8 will include data from July 1 to July 31.

Enter your email address and password to log in to the Index UI The Index UI at app.indexexchange.com that allows you to manage integration settings, such as inventory, campaign, and deal settings. at app.indexexchange.com.

If you have more than one account, select the account that you want to access.

Go to Reports.

Click CREATE REPORT.

In the Quick Reports section, select Marketplace billing reconciliation.

By default, the Reporting time zone and currency is set to Billing settings (EST/EDT and USD), which is the time zone and currency that Index uses for all billing data. For your report, leave this setting as-is to reconcile your payment amounts.

In the Dimensions section, this quick report has Month selected by default. Optionally, select other dimensions that you would like to include in this report.

In the Measures section, this quick report has Marketplace Owner Also known as a Marketplace Partner. This term is used in reporting metrics to represent the owner of an Index Marketplace that curates their media solutions within the Index Marketplace and packages these offerings to bring incremental demand to publishers. For example, a media agency, a data provider, or retail media network. Fee selected by default. Optionally, select other measures that you would like to include in this report.

After finalizing the details for your report, choose one of the following options:

Choose this option if you want to run the report without saving it first. Once you run the report, you can choose one of the following options:

Edit. You can edit the current report before deciding whether to run, save & run, or save the edited report.

Optionally, you can save and schedule the automated delivery of your report. To save your report, complete the following steps:

In the Name field, enter a name for your report.

Optionally, schedule your saved report by choosing your Delivery Schedule, Delivery frequency, Delivery date range, and Recipient emails. For more information about available scheduling options in quick reports, see Create a report from a template.

If you are saving and running your report, click SAVE & RUN. If you are saving your report, click SAVE.

Review the amount shown in USD in the Marketplace Owner Fee field. Confirm that it matches the amount in USD on your statement. If you have questions, contact your Index Representative.
Note: Specific dimensions and measures are automatically disabled when they cannot be used with another dimension or measure that you have already selected.
