Create an inventory group

Create an inventory group to maintain a centrally managed list of site IDs that you can apply to multiple deals. Unlike with targeting presets, if a change is made to the inventory group, this change is cascaded to all deals that target this inventory group. For more information about the difference between inventory groups and targeting presets, see Managing targeting values.

1. Enter your email address and password to log in to the Index UI at app.indexexchange.com.

2. If you have more than one account, select the account that you want to access.

3. Go to Private Market > Targeting Management.
4. Click the CREATE button and select Inventory Group.
5. In the Inventory group name field, enter a name that describes the inventory group.
6. Select the site IDs that fit into this category and that you want to include in deals.
7. Click Create.

After you finish: Apply the inventory group when creating or editing deals.
