If you are having issues finding the deal after the sync period, contact your Index Representative or create a support case. If your buyer is using another DSP, you need to provide the deal ID to the buyer. If you have already provided the deal ID to the buyer, review that the seat ID is correct in the deal setup.

You can use the Deal Activity Tab in the Index UI to get a quick, high-level understanding of how a deal is performing and use this information to troubleshoot an under-performing deal. For more information, see View how a specific deal is performing.

Index Marketplaces is a platform that connects you to partners with unique data assets, buyer relationships, or curation expertise to make incremental demand accessible through your existing integration with Index Exchange.
Working together, you get access to these diverse media offers and receive demand from high-quality advertisers at competitive rates for your inventory. Your existing supply setup, floors, ad quality blocks, reporting, and billing will be seamlessly integrated for you to maintain total control. To learn more, see Accessing demand through Index Marketplaces.

As a result, Deals with Marketplaces only have data on impressions and do not have bid data, while a Marketplace Package targeting a Deal with Marketplaces does have bid data. To learn more, see What is a Deal with Marketplaces (Beta)?

This spend might be from a buyer that is part of the Marketplaces Incentives Program. Contact your Index Representative if you want to turn off that spend and we will block those buyer seats for you.

To see the Marketplace-based ad spend, total impressions, and total revenue for your Deals with Marketplaces, you can create a custom report in the Index UI. There are two deal ID fields that you can include in your report:
-
To see spend on your Deals with Marketplaces, include the Marketplace Targeted Deal ID field in your report.
-
To see which Marketplace Packages are targeting your Deals with Marketplaces, include the Deal ID field in your report.
To learn more, see View reporting data for Deals with Marketplaces (Beta).
Floors

A floor is a predefined minimum acceptable price for a winning bid for a piece of inventory. When floors are set on your inventory, Index will only accept bid responses from DSPs that are greater than or equal to the floor price, and reject bid responses below the specified floor price. Rejected bids that did not clear the floor price are shown as "bid below floor" in reports.
There's a few different types of floors that can be set at Index. You can set floors in your ad server or in the Index UI and there might be multiple floor values applicable for a given request. For a comparison of the floor types and how we determine which one gets sent to DSPs, see How floors work in the Index auction.
Policies, guidelines, and quality

Index is committed to maintaining a clean and fraud-free exchange by choosing to work with select, premium sellers, both publishers and intermediaries, that drive consistent traffic from loyal audiences.
We review all publisher inventory prior to onboarding to make sure their inventory aligns with Index's quality standards. Publishers that don't meet these standards will not be integrated, or if already integrated, will be deactivated. To learn more these guidelines, see Inventory quality.
